We inform you about the publication on September 17, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of the Procedure for Accounting of Entities engaged in wholesale and retail trade in cars, buses, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers vehicles, semi-trailers, motorcycles, other vehicles of domestic and foreign production and their component parts having identification numbers” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order).

The draft order is developed in order to ensure the implementation of the accounting procedure for business entities engaged in wholesale and retail trade in cars, buses, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, other domestic and foreign vehicles production and their constituent parts having identification numbers, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 11, 2009 No. 1200, the obligation to register and maintain an electronic register of entities management. The draft order establishes the procedure for recording and maintaining an electronic register of business entities, providing business entities with license plates for one-time trips, forms of acts of acceptance and transfer of vehicles, accounting of forms of exchange transactions and entry by business entities of information in the electronic register on receipt, transfer, the sale of cars, buses, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, other vehicles of domestic and foreign production, and their components parts with identification numbers.
