The Draft Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for the Formation of Tariffs for Paid Services Provided by Health Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) was developed in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from January 20, 2021 No. 35 “On Amendments to Paragraph 7 of the Annex to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 № 1548".
This draft order provides for the definition of the mechanism for the formation of tariffs for paid services and its application by health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for calculating tariffs for paid services that they provide in accordance with the List of paid services provided in state and municipal health care institutions and higher education institutions. medical educational institutions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 17, 1996 No. 1138.
