on the publication of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Instruction on the Procedure for Organization of Work of Territorial Bodies for the Provision of Service Services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on State Accreditation of Institutions Training, Retraining and Upgrading of Vehicle Drivers, and Certification of Their Specialists”
In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Instruction on the Procedure for Organizing the Work of Territorial Bodies on the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on state accreditation of institutions that carry out training, retraining and professional development drivers of vehicles, and certification of their specialists” (hereinafter — draft order).
The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 03,
2019 No. 320 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, which amended, including, to the Procedure for State Accreditation of Preparatory Institutions training and professional development of drivers of vehicles, and certification of their specialists, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 20, 2009 No. 490.
The implementation of the act will allow to transfer the authority to conduct state accreditation of institutions that train, retrain and improve the qualification of drivers from the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the regional service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which will create more favorable conditions for the interaction of such institutions by the territorial bodies for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and It is also envisaged to address existing gaps in legislation.
