on re-tracking the effectiveness of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 30, 2012 No. 137 of May 31, 2012 No. 512

1. Type and name of the regulatory act, the effectiveness of which is tracked by the
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Decisions
of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 30, 2012 No. 137i of May 31, 2012 No. 512” (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution).

2. Name of the executor of measures for basic monitoring of the effectiveness of the regulatory act Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

3. The objectives of the adoption of the act The
objectives of the issued resolution are: to ensure a qualitative and objective process of checking the technical condition of vehicles by the subjects of compulsory technical control of vehicles (hereinafter — the subjects of the OTC), as well as the prevention of violations by business entities of the legislation in the field of mandatory technical control; the impossibility of issuing a leak checks of the technical condition of vehicles without carrying out such a check.

4. Term of implementation of measures for re-tracking the effectiveness of the regulatory act From 24.05.2017 to 24.05.2018.

6. Methods for obtaining tracking results Tracking the performance of said regulatory act is
carried out by analyzing the information transmitted by OTC subjects and by comparing statistical data.

8. Quantitative and qualitative values of the indicators of the effectiveness of the act The
number of information transmitted by the OTC subjects on the results of mandatory technical control to the Unified State Register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs after the entry into force of the resolution (24.05.2017) in the state during the year is 630 586 protocols for checking the technical condition of vehicles (before entry into force - 407 040 33) and 7,143 acts of non-conformity of the technical condition of the vehicle (before entry into force — 1842), 890 information on the issuance of the protocol of inspection of the technical condition vehicle for violation ofthe requirements of legislation in the field of mandatory technical control (before entry into force — none were detected).

9. Evaluation of the possible results of the implementation of the regulatory act and the degree of achievement of the specified goals. The implementation of the resolution ensures a qualitative and objective inspection of the technical condition of
vehicles by
OTC subjects, as well as the impossibility of issuing protocols for checking the technical condition of vehicles without such verification.
