In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on July 01, 2020 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for Ensuring the Protection of Objects by Police Authorities protection on a contractual basis” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order).
The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in implementation of paragraph 2 of paragraph 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 21, 2018 No. 975 “On approval of categories of objects of state form of ownership and spheres of state regulation that are subject to protection by security police bodies on a contractual basis”.
The draft order proposes the approval of the Procedure for ensuring the protection of objects by the security police bodies on a contractual basis.
