Notice on
the publication of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Registration of Vehicles and Issuance of Tractor-Driver's Certificates”
In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Registration of Vehicles and Issuance of Certificates of Tractor-Machines” (hereinafter referred to as the draft act).
The Draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Registration of Vehicles and Issuance of Tractor-Driver Certificates” was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to implement the Action Plan of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for 2016 approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 16, 2016 № 184-r.
In addition, by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 10, 2014 No. 442 “On Optimization of the System of Central Executive Authorities”, the State Inspectorate of Agriculture of Ukraine was liquidated, and its functions in terms of registration of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled agricultural, road-construction and reclamation machines, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms transferred to the competence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
The draft act was developed in order to settle at the legislative level the issue of registration of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled agricultural, road construction and reclamation machines, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms, and issuance of certificates of tractor-machinist by transferring the relevant functions of the liquidated State Agricultural Inspectorate of the economy of Ukraine to the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
