In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine informs about the publication of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 30, 2013 No. 55 and 18 November 2015 No. 960” (hereinafter referred to as the draft act) and an analysis of its regulatory impact with a view to obtaining comments and proposals.
The draft act proposes amendments to the Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 30, 2013 No. 55 “On Approval of the Conditions for the Protection of Dangerous and Valuable Cargoes during their Transportation by Road and the List of Such Cargoes” and of November 18, 2015. No. 960 “On approval of the license conditions for the conduct of security activities”.
The draft act was developed in implementation of paragraph 3.5 of the Plan of main measures of the National Police of Ukraine for 2016 dated December 28, 2015 No. 1356/01/25-2015, in order to increase the level of protection of life and health of employees of the National Police of Ukraine and other economic entities when carrying out the transportation of dangerous and valuable goods.
In accordance with the first part of Article 20 of the Law, comments and suggestions on the published draft regulatory act and the relevant analysis of regulatory impact are also provided to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine:
