Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for State Registration (Re-registration), Deregistration of cars, buses, as well as self-propelled vehicles,... “

In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter - the Law), in order to receive comments and suggestions from individuals and legal entities, their associations, the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure” was published on February 06, 2020 State registration (re-registration), deregistration of cars, buses, as well as self-propelled vehicles designed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semitrailers, motorcycles, other vehicles and mopeds equivalent to them” hereinafter - the draft resolution).

The developer is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on its own initiative.

The draft resolution was developed in connection with the need to improve the procedure for state registration of vehicles, in particular in terms of preventing alienation of vehicles by persons entered in the Unified Register of Debtors, the possibility of submitting an application and documents necessary for registration of vehicles via the Internet in electronic form, simplification of the procedure for inspecting vehicles during their state registration registration, re-registration and deregistration, determination of the procedure for re-registration of vehicles belonging to legal entities non-state forms of ownership, as well as vehicles that are contributions of participants to the statutory fund of business companies.
