On the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) in the subsection “Draft regulations” of the section “Normative and legal acts” there is a draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On establishing the normative value of one expert hour in 2017” and an analysis of the impact of this regulatory act. Order issued in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 1, 1996 No. 710 “On Approval of Instructions on the Procedure and Amount of Compensation (Reimbursement) of Expenses and Payment of Remuneration
persons summoned to the pre-trial investigation bodies, the prosecutor's office, the court or to the bodies in which cases of administrative offenses are pending, and payments to state specialized institutions of judicial expertise for the performance by their employees of the functions of experts and specialists” in order to adjust the cost of conducting examinations in the unit the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on consumer price indices (inflation indices).
