In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), in order to receive comments and proposals from individuals and legal entities, their associations are published:
draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 07, 2009 No. 515”.
The developer is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The draft act proposes to bring the normative and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs into line with the legislation and to improve the examination activities of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The relevance of the changes lies in the fact that at present the mistakes made by the candidate in the driver during the exam on driving skills are recorded by the examiner on the back of the examination sheet in an arbitrary form.
The proposed changes introduce a form of recording mistakes made by a candidate in a driver while taking the vehicle driving skills exam, for use by the examiner on a mandatory basis.
