on the publication of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for Ordering, Issuing and Registering License Plates of Vehicles Manufactured by Individual Order of Their Owners”
In compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (www.mvs.gov.ua) of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On making amendments to the Procedure for ordering, issuing and accounting of transport license plates means manufactured on the individual order of their owners” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order).
The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on its own initiative in order to ensure the availability of administrative services for citizens to produce mock-ups of individual license plates of vehicles, which are made by order of vehicle owners, with the issuance of license plates.
The adoption of the act is due to the need to reduce the period of time that service customers spend on the implementation of the reassignment of an individual license plate and its subsequent registration with another vehicle, as well as obtaining such a service directly in the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the place of residence.
