We inform you about the publication on March 01, 2021 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the revised draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of the Procedure for the organization of round-the-clock protection of objects and premises in which drug-containing plants are cultivated, used, stored and destroyed, as well as used, the finished products or wastes of such plants obtained from them are stored and destroyed” (hereinafter — draft order).
The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (ul. Bogomoltsya, 10, m. Kyiv, 01601) in order to bring the normative and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the laws of Ukraine “On National Police”, “On Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 26, 2008 No. 1026 “On Approval of the Conditions for Prevention of Theft Prevention plants included in the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors”.
