The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Registration of Individuals and Legal Entities in the Queue Management System for Receiving Services Provided by Territorial Service Centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” (hereinafter — the draft order) published on January 05, 2024 in the subsection “Draft regulations” of the “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” section of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The implementation of the draft order will apply to:

• state institutions, in particular the State Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• subjects of appeal, in particular, to individuals and legal entities who applied to the Central Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and/or the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs through the queue management system to receive the service.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for interested parties are:

• improvement of the mechanism of registration of persons in the queue management system for receiving services;
• improvement of the electronic identification of the subject of the appeal, which ensures the registration directly of the subject of the appeal, and not any other person;
• determination of a clear list of information necessary for registration of the subject of appeal.

The report on the results of electronic consultations with the public on the draft resolution will be published in the subsection “Electronic consultations with the public” of the “Public consultations” section of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine within two weeks after the decision is made based on the results of the discussion.
