The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in accordance with the Procedure for Public Consultations on the Formation and Implementation of State Policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996, conducted electronic consultations with the public on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 10, 2022 No. 584” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution), which was published on December 13, 2023 in the subheading “Projects regulations” heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Information on proposals received during electronic consultations with the public on the draft resolution and on the results of their consideration is given in the table.

The proposal does In addition, the grounds and procedure for the exchange, replacement of driver's licenses, including driver's licenses of a foreign state, issued in the republics of the former USSR are determined by the Regulation on the procedure for issuing driver's licenses and admission of citizens to drive vehicles, approved by the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from May 8, 1993 No. 340. |
As a result of electronic consultations with the public on the draft resolution, it was decided to reject the proposal.
