Report on the results of electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for the Issuance and Registration of Certificates for the Admission of Vehicles for the Transportation of Certain Dangerous Goods”

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in accordance with the Procedure for Public Consultations on the Formation and Implementation of State Policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996, conducted electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure Issuance and registration of certificates for the admission of vehicles to the transportation of specified dangerous goods” (hereinafter — the draft order), which was published 30 May 2023 in the subheading “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

Information on proposals received during electronic consultations with the public on the draft order and on the results of their consideration is given in the table.

! 2	Remarks to paragraph 1 of paragraph 2 of the Amendments to the Procedure for the issuance and registration of certificates for the admission of vehicles to the carriage of certain dangerous goods, namely paragraph 6 of paragraph 6, to be stated in the following version: “if the vehicle has built-in tanks (except mixing-charging machines with tanks capacity less than 1000 l), - a copy of the valid certificate of the primary, intermediate, periodic and unscheduled inspection of the tank issued by the entity authorized to carry out the inspection of tanks in accordance with the Procedure for the Inspection of Tanks for transportation of dangerous goods, approved by the order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 12, 2015 No. 166/550, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 05, 2015 under No. 663/27108, or the document on the primary, intermediate, periodic and unscheduled inspection of the cycle certificates issued by an authorized inspection body of a country party to the Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road.”	LLC “Agency “Expertise and Evaluation”	Editorially taken into account. As a result of electronic consultations with the public on the draft order, it was decided to take into account the comments and suggestions of public representatives, to finalize the draft order and publish its revised version on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and to resubmit it for approval of the interested bodies.
