The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in accordance with the Procedure for Public Consultations on the Formation and Implementation of State Policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996, conducted electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine “About approval of the size of the fees for the transportation and storage of temporarily detained vehicles on special sites or parking lots” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order), which was promulgated on April 11, 2023 together with the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine “On the recognition as invalid of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated October 10, 2013 No. 96" 7/1218/869” in the subheading “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.
Proposals and comments on the draft order were not received from representatives of the public to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
