The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Rules of the Road with regard to license plates, identification signs, inscriptions and designations” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution), which was published on June 16, 2023 in the following article section “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft resolution will apply to business entities engaged in training, retraining and professional development of vehicle drivers, including institutions licensed to conduct educational activities in the field of vocational (vocational and technical) education (hereinafter referred to as business entities).

The implementation of the draft resolution will ensure the proper use of the Ukrainian language as the state language, avoiding its application in violation of the rules of Ukrainian spelling. Thus, business entities, in order to comply with the requirements of state regulation, must replace the distribution sign “U” with the distribution sign “H” on their educational vehicles.
