The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Permitting System” (hereinafter — the draft resolution), which was published on April 27, 2023 in the subheading “Norm Projects regulatory acts” heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft resolution will apply to economic entities that carry out economic activities in the production, repair, trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold, pneumatic weapons, special means.

Stakeholders to whom the implementation of the draft resolution will apply: citizens, the state and economic entities in the field of production, repair, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold, pneumatic weapons, special means.

The implementation of the draft resolution will contribute to the improvement of the regulatory framework on the circulation of objects, materials and substances covered by the permit system of internal affairs bodies and the existing procedures for the provision of relevant services by police bodies (units) and business entities.
