The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Approval of Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on State Accreditation of Institutions Training, Retraining and Upgrading of Vehicle Drivers, Certification of Their Specialists” (hereinafter - the draft order), published on July 18, 2023 in the subsection “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft order will apply to:

• business entities that carry out training, retraining and training of drivers of vehicles;
• state bodies, in particular regional service centers of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which carry out state accreditation of such business entities and certification of its specialists;
• citizens, in particular to specialists of institutions that train, retrain and improve the qualification of drivers of vehicles.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for these social groups of the population and interested parties are:

• optimization of procedures for conducting state accreditation of institutions, certification of their specialists, issuance, replacement of the certificate, temporary termination of its validity, examination of the material and technical base of the institution for compliance with the specified requirements;
• improvement of the mechanism for submitting applications, letters to the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, namely, will make it possible to submit documents in paper form to the postal address or in electronic form to the e-mail address of the relevant service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and/or, if there is a technical possibility, through the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services using the electronic signature of the head (authorized representative) of the institution regardless of the place of state accreditation of the institution and the place of certification of the specialist of the institution;
• bringing the by-laws normative acts in accordance with the current legislation.
