The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Providing Business Entities with Vehicle Registration Certificate Forms and License Plates” (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Order), which was published on April 14, 2023 in the subsection section “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft order will apply to the following social groups of the population and interested parties: individuals and legal entities carrying out state registration of new vehicles with the participation of business entities.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for these social groups of the population and interested parties are: the possibility of obtaining, if desired, an electronic certificate of registration of a vehicle without making it on the form, as a result of the state registration of new vehicles, which is carried out with the participation of business entities.
