Information notice on conducting electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of the Regulation on the use of dormitories of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of the Regulation on the use of dormitories of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine” (hereinafter — the draft order), published on February 06, 2023 in the subheading “Projects regulations” heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here. The implementation of the draft order will apply to the following social groups

Population: civil servants and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, employees of institutions and institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as persons who, according to the law, have the right to live in hostels after termination of employment relations (dismissed from service), and members of their families living with them. Interest Parties to whom the implementation of the draft order will apply: State Institution “Service Center of Units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. Possible consequences of the implementation of the project

the order for these social groups of the population and interested parties is the normalization of the procedure for the use of dormitories (living space, residential and other premises in them) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
