The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for Registration, Issuance and Accounting of Permits for the Installation and Use of Special Sound and Light Signal Devices of Blue Color on Vehicles” (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Order), which is subject to published on October 19, 2023 in the subheading “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft order will apply to:

• Judicial security service;
• Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine;
• business entities that have a license to conduct business activities in the field of medical practice, which provides for the right to provide medical care with the use of transplantation (hereinafter referred to as business entities).

The implementation of the draft order will provide for the use of special sound and light signaling devices of blue color on vehicles of the Judicial Security Service, the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine, as well as on the vehicles of economic entities during their performance of operational tasks related to the transportation of anatomical materials from the health facility in which it is carried out removal of human anatomical materials for transplantation, to a health facility in which transplantation can be performed.
