Stakeholders to whom the implementation of the draft order will apply: the territorial body for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and subjects of mandatory technical control of vehicles.
The draft order was developed in order to optimize and improve the Procedure for monitoring information on the results of mandatory technical control transmitted by the subjects of mandatory technical control to the nationwide database approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 06, 2019 No. 928, and introducing the normative and legal Act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Its implementation will have a positive impact on the quality of mandatory technical control of vehicles, reducing cases of admission to operation of vehicles, the technical condition of which does not meet the requirements established by the legislation of Ukraine.
