The Ministry of Internal Affairs conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of the Regulation on the functional subsystem “Information and analytical system of licensing of economic activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (hereinafter — the draft order), which has been published November 20, 2023 in the subheading “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here .

Interested parties to whom the order will apply:

• legal entities or individuals — entrepreneurs who intend to obtain licenses for the conduct of security activities or activities for the production, repair, trade in non-military firearms and ammunition for them, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense and their sale;
• business entities that have the appropriate licenses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs who, in accordance with job descriptions, are assigned the functions of ensuring licensing in the above-mentioned areas of economic activity.

The draft order establishes the procedure for the formation and maintenance of license registers of security activities and activities for the production, repair, trade of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale, by automating the service processes of providing administrative services, provides for the introduction of relevant information into the functional subsystem “Information-analytical system for licensing types of economic activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
