In accordance with the Procedure for consultations with the public on the formation and implementation of public policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducted electronic consultations with the public on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Licensing Conditions for conducting economic activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of more than caliber 4.5 mm and a bullet flying speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms and ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special equipment charged with tear substances offensive and annoying action, personal protection, active defense and their sale”, which was published on October 14, 2022 in the subsection “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs affairs of Ukraine: here.

Proposals and comments on the draft resolution were not received from representatives of the public to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
