Proposals for the draft Action Plan for Post-war Reconstruction and Development of Ukraine have been developed in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine of April 21, 2022 No. 266/2022 “Issues of the National Council for the Recovery of Ukraine from the Consequences of the War” and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 19, 2022 No. 18750/1/1 22.
