The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts on the Road Transportation of Dangerous Goods” (hereinafter — the draft order), published on June 17, 2022 in the subheading “Draft regulations” heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here. The implementation of the draft order will apply to the following social groups

population: business entities whose activities are related to the transportation of dangerous goods by road.

Stakeholders to whom the implementation of the draft order will apply: road transport entities of dangerous goods (carriers). Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for these social groups The population and interested parties are:

• the possibility of submitting an application in electronic form;
• reducing the number of documents required to obtain a certificate of admission of vehicles to the transportation of certain dangerous goods;
• determination of cases in which the certificate of admission of vehicles to the carriage of certain dangerous goods is returned.
