The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of the Order Procedure for the license plates available in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, issued at the request of the owners of vehicles and containing the appropriate combination of numbers, in electronic form” (hereinafter referred to as the project), published on November 29, 2022 in the subsection “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here .

The implementation of the draft order will apply to the following social groups of the population and interested parties: natural and legal persons who are owners of vehicles. Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for these social groups of the population and interested parties are:

• ordering license plates available in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, issued at the request of vehicle owners and containing a specified combination of digits: from four identical digits,
  sequential combinations of digits
  from 0001 to 0009, of four digits, three of which are the same and arranged in a row, of four digits — two consecutive pairs of identical digits, from serial numbers 0123 or 1234, of four digits, starting
  with two zeros, and the next two digits unequal, of four digits containing three
  
  
  
  the same digits, which are arranged not in a row, of four digits,
  of which the first and third and second and fourth, or the first and fourth and second and third, and number plates with a combination of digits determined by the applicant are the same (hereinafter referred to as the number signs);
• electronically by means of the electronic cabinet of the driver of the functional subsystem of the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or through the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services (hereinafter referred to as the Diia Portal), including using its mobile application.
