The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On the organization of interaction of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the territorial body for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” (hereinafter - the draft order), published on December 14, 2022 in the subheading “Proposed Draft regulations” heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft order will apply to the following social groups of the population and interested parties:natural and legal persons who are owners of vehicles.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for these social groups of the population and interested parties are: simplification of submission of information on the results of expert research by employees of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to carry out registration actions regarding the vehicle.
