The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in accordance with the Procedure for Public Consultations on the Formation and Implementation of State Policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 03, 2010 No. 996, conducted electronic consultations with the public on the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administration offences concerning the establishment of responsibility for violation of the procedure and rules for the use of the airspace of Ukraine by operators of unmanned aircraft” (hereinafter — draft law), which was published on October 08, 2021 in the subsection “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

Proposals and comments on the draft law were not received from representatives of the public to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
