The implementation of the draft order will apply to the following social groups of the population and interested parties: citizens who pass exams for the right to drive vehicles of the relevant category; business entities that train, retrain and improve the skills of drivers.
Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for these social groups of the population and interested parties are:
- bringing into line with international requirements the procedure for passing exams for obtaining the right to drive vehicles and issue driver's licenses; - optimization of the procedure for using technical means of control during exams (including by means of photo- and video equipment) to obtain the right to drive vehicles;
- improvement of the accreditation procedure of institutions that carry out training,
retraining and further training of drivers of vehicles, and certification of their specialists.
