The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for Accounting for Entities Engaging in Wholesale and Retail Trade in Cars, Buses, Motorcycles of All Types, Brands and Models, Trailers, Semitrailers, motorcycles, other vehicles of domestic and foreign production and their component parts having identification numbers” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order), which was published on September 17, 2021 in subheading “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft order will apply to the following interested parties: business entities engaged in wholesale and retail trade in cars, buses, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, other domestic vehicles and foreign production and their component parts having identification numbers.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for these interested parties are:

• introduction of a mechanism for accounting of economic entities engaged in wholesale and retail trade in cars, buses, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, other vehicles of domestic and foreign production and their components having identical identification numbers (hereinafter referred to as business entities);
• establishment of a mechanism for the formation and maintenance of an electronic register of business entities;
• establishment of a mechanism for providing business entities with letterhead products and license plates for one-time trips.
