The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for the Formation of Tariffs for Paid Services Provided by Health Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order), which published on March 23, 2021 in the subsection “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft order will apply to the following social groups of the population: individuals or legal entities of all forms of ownership who have expressed a desire to receive paid services provided by health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for these social groups of the population is a unified approach in the formation of tariffs for services and the proper organization of their delivery to service customers.
