The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for Providing Business Entities with Vehicle Registration Certificate Forms and License Plates” (hereinafter — the draft order), published on March 24, 2021 in the subheading “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The social group of the population to which the implementation of the draft order will apply is persons who have purchased new vehicles. Stakeholders to whom the implementation of the draft order will apply: business entities engaged in trade in new vehicles.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for the social group of the population and interested parties are:

• the possibility of state registration of a new vehicle by the entity that sold it;
• the possibility of printing and issuing vehicle registration certificates to the owner of the vehicle, issuing license plates that meet the established requirements;
• the possibility of obtaining registration documents and license plates for a new transport in the premises of a car dealership immediately after its state registration.
