The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducts electronic consultations with the public on the draft order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Inspection of Tanks for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods” (hereinafter — the draft order), published on September 16, 2021 in the subheading “Draft regulations” of the heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: here.

The implementation of the draft order will apply to the following social groups of the population: business entities authorized to inspect tanks for the transportation of dangerous goods, subjects of road transportation of dangerous goods.

Stakeholders to whom the implementation of the draft order will apply: business entities whose activities are related to the transportation of dangerous goods by road.

Possible consequences of the implementation of the draft order for these social groups of the population and interested parties are:

• ensuring the improvement of safety of road transportation of dangerous goods;
• elimination of obstacles in the market for participants in the transport of dangerous goods;
• ensuring a transparent competitive environment between business entities in the field of transportation of dangerous goods;
• establishment of a clear and transparent regulatory mechanism for conducting special training of employees of road transport entities of dangerous goods.
