The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in accordance with the Procedure for Public Consultations on the Formation and Implementation of State Policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996, published on August 26, 2020 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the subheading “Draft regulations” briefs “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the implementation of an experimental project on the implementation of state registration of new cars, buses, motorcycles and mopeds of all types, brands and models, self-propelled vehicles designed on the chassis of cars, trailers and semi-trailers for them, motorcycles, other vehicles equivalent to them with the participation of manufacturers, distributors and authorized dealers who sell them” (hereinafter - the draft resolution): here.

On September 25, 2020, at a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the implementation of an experimental project on the implementation of state registration of new cars, buses, motorcycles and mopeds of all types, brands and models, self-propelled cars, designed on the chassis of cars, trailers and semi-trailers for them, motorcycles, other vehicles equivalent to them with the participation of manufacturers, distributors and authorized dealers who sell them”.

Proposals and comments on the draft resolution were not received by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
