The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in accordance with the Procedure for Public Consultations on the Formation and Implementation of State Policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996, published on August 26, 2020 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the subheading “Draft regulations” briefs “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for Entering Information on the Owned User of a Vehicle to the Unified State Register of Transport means”: here.

On September 25, 2020, at a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for Entering Information on the Proper User of a Vehicle in the Unified State Register of Vehicles” was approved.

Representatives of the public did not participate in the discussion of the draft resolution. Proposals and comments on the draft resolution were not received by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
