The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the Procedure for Public Consultations on the Formation and Implementation of State Policy, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996, published on May 16, 2020 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - in the subheading “Draft regulations” heading “Normative base of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the License Conditions for the Conduct of Economic Activities for the Production and Repair of Non-Military Firearms purpose and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms and ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and speed the flight of a bullet over 100 meters per second; production of special devices charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale”: here.

Representatives of the public did not participate in the discussion of the draft resolution. Proposals and comments on the draft resolution were not received by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
