Before considering the issues of the agenda, the Chairman of the Public Council Martynenko V. O. thanked the leadership of the National Academy of Internal Affairs for the opportunity to hold the meeting and congratulated the staff of the National Academy of Internal Affairs on the 99th anniversary of its foundation.
THE FIRST ISSUE OF THE AGENDA “ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PUBLIC COUNCIL DURING THE PERIOD OF ADAPTIVE QUARANTINE”

O., Chairman of the Public Council, who provided information on the work of the Public Council during the quarantine period and suggested that during the period of the established CMU quarantine to consider the possibility of holding meetings and other events organized by the Public Council with the use of telecommunication means, which does not contradict the Standard Provision on the Public Council under the Ministry, to the central executive body, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city, district, district in etc. Kyiv and Sevastopol state administration, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 996 of November 03, 2010 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 353 of April 24, 2019).

O., Chairman of the Public Council, who reminded that in accordance with the Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the first half of 2020, it was planned to hold a series of round tables on “Determination of corruption risks in the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ways to prevent and combat corruption in the Ministry of Internal Affairs” and a round table on police activities on water and air support, which did not take place due to the introduction of quarantine, and proposed to transfer them to the second half of 2020.

Due to the impossibility of fulfilling this paragraph of the work plan due to the introduction of quarantine in the state, he proposed to implement the planned measures after the lifting of quarantine restrictions in Ukraine.
