Before considering the issues of the agenda Skrynsky O. V. provided information on the attendance of the members of the Public Council at meetings, the explanation of the reasons for the absence and the monthly reporting of the following members of the Public Council:

• Boichenko Oleh Petrovych — absent from three meetings in a row, did not provide explanations about the reasons for the absence, did not provide reports on work outside the meetings of the Public Council.

In accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 353 of April 24, 2019), Martynenko V. O., Chairman of the Public Council, put to the vote the issue of exclusion of Boychenko Oleg Petrovych from the Public Council.

In addition, on January 15, 2020, a personal statement from Losa V. was mailed. V. of December 01, 2019 on the withdrawal from the Public Council in connection with the appointment to the civil service.

O., Chairman of the Public Council, who stressed that in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 353 of April 24, 2019) membership in the Public Council of Lozy Viktoriia Volodymyrivna (Charitable organization “Light of Hope””) is terminated without the adoption of a decision of the Public Council in connection with the appointment to a position in the local self-government body and the submission of the corresponding application.

• Shevtsova Olena Ivanovna — absent from four meetings in a row, did not provide explanations about the reasons for the absence, did not provide reports on work outside the meetings of the Public Council.

In accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 353 of April 24, 2019) Martynenko V. O., Chairman of the Public Council, proposed to put to the vote the issue of exclusion of Elena Ivanovna Shevtsova from the Public Council.

Martynenka V. O., Chairman of the Public Council, on the approval by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the Regulation on the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its publication on the official website of the department.

2. LISTENED TO:

Kabanchenka G. V., representative of the Association of Veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on the issues of social security of veterans and pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and on the urgent need to increase the monetary support of police officers.

PERFORMED:

Martynenko V. O., who informed that the Public Council receives numerous appeals from veterans, pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the issues of their social security. He proposed the following ways to solve the issues raised:

- prepare an appropriate appeal to the head of the National Police of Ukraine on the need to resolve the issue of increasing the monetary support of police officers;

- prepare and hold a separate working meeting on social security of veterans and pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. LISTENED TO:

Kovalya O. O., member of the Public Council, on the need to organize a police unit on the water in Khmelnytsky region.

PERFORMED:

Martynenko V. O., who recalled that, in accordance with the decision of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a roundtable on the activities of the police on water and air support is planned in February 2020, where, in particular, the issue of creating a police unit on water in the Khmelnytsky region will be considered.

4. LISTENED TO:

Martynenka V. O., Chairman of the Public Council, with information:

- on conducting an analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine by the Working Group of the Public Council on Road Safety “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in the Field of Safety of Wheeled Vehicles in accordance with the requirements of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community energy and their Member States, on the other hand.” The working group prepared proposals for the draft Law and draft letters to the relevant executive and legislative authorities, which will be sent to the addressees;

- on receipt of a letter of appeal from the Odessa regional organization of the professional union of certified employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on cooperation with the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
