Appeals are accepted by employees of the Government Contact Center by means of telephone and electronic communication and sent to the executive authorities in accordance with the competence, to the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers to resolve the issues raised by them on the merits, providing appropriate explanations.

Calls to the government hotline 1545 from the fixed network of Ukrtelecom, phones of mobile operators Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine, Lifecell are free for applicants.
