On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 02.09.2015 No. 1061 to the limited liability company “GUARD OF THE CITY” (identification code 39758160; location: st. Bolshaya Arnautskaya, 85, m. Odessa, 65007).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
