In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from December 11 to 17, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 11.12.2020 No. 852 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of the object”. The order establishes a commission on the transfer of the object, determined by the order of the National Police of Ukraine dated August 13, 2020 No. 661 “On the transfer of real estate in the city. Kramatorsk Donetsk region to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the composition of the commission is approved”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 14.12.2020 No. 859 “On approval of the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the preparation of draft regulatory acts for 2021”. The order is designed to implement the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.12.2020 No. 862 “On the formation of a working group and approval of its composition”. The order was developed to implement the Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Organs of the System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the period up to 2020 on the improvement of the system of psychological support for servicemen, civil servants and employees of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.12.2020 No. 863 “On amendments to the List of residential facilities, the construction (acquisition) of which is supposed to be financed in 2020 at the expense of state budget funds under the program of CCP 1002070 “Construction (acquisition) of housing for servicemen of the State Border Service”.
