In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from July 31 to August 06, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 31.07.2020 No. 586 “On approval of the plan for inspections of the state of compliance (implementation) of the requirements of the legislation in the field of fire safety at the facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from August to October 2020". The order approves the appropriate inspection plan;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 31.07.2020 No. 587 “On Some Issues of Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2020-2022”. The order amends the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of January 31, 2020 No. 84 “On approval of the Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2020-2022”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 03.08.2020 No. 588 “On some issues of transportation by aircraft of the National Guard of Ukraine”. Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of January 31, 2015 No. 115 is recognized as invalid;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 03.08.2020 No. 589 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 13, 2020 No. 134”. The order amends the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On Approval of the Plan of Measures for the Implementation of the National Strategy for Reforming the Justice System for Children for the Period Until 2023”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 03.08.2020 No. 590 “On the organization of the implementation of the State Program for stimulating the economy to overcome the negative consequences caused by restrictive measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of the acute respiratory disease COVID-19, caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, in 2020-2022”. The order approved the relevant Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 03.08.2020 No. 592 “On Amendments to the Statute of the National Academy of Internal Affairs”. The order approved the charter of the National Academy of Internal Affairs in the new version;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 03.08.2020 No. 594 “On Amendments to the Statute of the Donetsk Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. The order approved the charter of the Donetsk Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the new version;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 03.08.2020 No. 595 “On checking compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation in the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Nikolaev area (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) and the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Odessa region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)”. The order established an inspection commission, approved its composition;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.08.2020 No. 596 “On the introduction of a flexible working time regime”. The order provides for the establishment from August 05, 2020 of individual work schedules for the personnel of the Ministry with components of working time in the range from 08 h. 00 min. to 19 h. 00 min. Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 22.06.2020 No. 472 is recognized as invalid;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.08.2020 No. 597 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects of state ownership”. The order established a commission on the transfer of property from the sphere of management of NPU to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the balance sheet of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs. Its composition is approved;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 06.08.2020 No. 598 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 18, 2014 No. 703”. The order made changes to the composition of the commission for termination of SE “Construction Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city of Kiev”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 06.08.2020 No. 599 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 01, 2019 No. 821”. The order made changes to the composition of the commission for termination of SE “Repair and Construction Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”.
