In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of the implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the fulfillment of tasks. bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from March 26 to April 2, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 26.03.2020 No. 304 “On the formation of the commission”. The order established a commission to prepare information on technical, qualitative and other characteristics of goods necessary for the implementation of measures aimed at preventing the occurrence and spread, localization and elimination of outbreaks, epidemics and pandemics of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on the territory of Ukraine.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 26.03.2020 No. 305 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 27, 2018 No. 352”. The order amended the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On granting the right of the first and second signature of electronic reporting with the imposition of an electronic digital signature”, in connection with organizational and staff changes in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 26.03.2020 № 306 “On the addition of codes of economic activities of the State Scientific and Production Association “Fort” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 27.03.2020 No. 307 “Some issues of organizing qualification certification of applicants for vocational (vocational) education in educational institutions with specific conditions of training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 27.03.2020 No. 310 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 11, 2020 No. 114”. The order made changes to the list of documents to which the right of the first and second signature of documents in paper form, electronic documents with the imposition of an electronic digital signature is granted.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 31.03.2020 No. 312 “On Amendments to the Structure of the Apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. By order, a separate Department of Innovation and Project Management was created in the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of March 31, 2020 No. 314 “On the organization of personal distribution of persons studying under the scheme “2 years cadet — 1 year trainee”.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.04.2020 No. 316 “On approval of the Regulation on the Directorate of State Border Security and Migration Processes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.04.2020 No. 317 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 08, 2015 No. 661”. The order made changes to the composition of the liquidation commission of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the Odessa Railway.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.04.2020 No. 319 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 30, 2015 No. 1313 (with amendments)”. The order made changes to the composition of liquidation commissions of territorial units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia region.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.04.2020 No. 320 “Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 30, 2015 No. 1532 (with amendments)”. The order made changes to the composition of the liquidation commission of the Department of the State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Odessa region.
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.04.2020 No. 321 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 03, 2015 No. 1345 (with amendments)”. The order made changes to the composition of liquidation commissions of territorial units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kirovograd region.
