In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from September 25 to October 01, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.09.2020 No. 685 “On the organization of work related to the protection of personal data during their processing”. The order provides for the organization of monitoring and control over the consideration ofrequests for processing and protection of personal data received by the structural units of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial bodies of the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of Ukraine, central bodies executive authorities whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 29.09.2020 No. 691 “On the implementation of the Procedure for the provision by the State Mortgage Institution of police officers and persons of the ordinary and senior staff of the civil protection service with housing on the terms of financial leasing”. The order defines organizational issues on the implementation of the specified Procedure, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2018 No. 1201;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 29.09.2020 No. 692 “Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 08, 2015 No. 664 “On the liquidation of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the Pridniprovska Railway”. The order approved the deputy head of the GUNP in the Dnipropetrovsk region, police colonel Nebessky Yu. S. Chairman of the Liquidation Commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the Pridneprovska Railway;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 29.09.2020 No. 693 “Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 03.11.2015 No. 1340 (with amendments)”. The order approved the deputy head of the GUNP in the Volyn region police colonel Klimovsky O. O. head of liquidation commissions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Volyn region and its territorial units;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 29.09.2020 No. 695 “Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 29, 2019 No. 625”. The order amends the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On the provision of the right to sign certificates of combatants and letters of coupons” in connection with organizational and staff changes in the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 29.09.2020 No. 696 “On the formation of a working group and approval of its personal composition”. A commission on the development of legislative proposals in the field of personal data protection has been established;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 30.09.2020 No. 698 “Verification of compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation in the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kharkov region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) to the regional service center of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Poltava region (branch of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)”. The order established a commission to conduct an audit of the organization of work on the prevention and counteraction of corruption in the branches of the GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved the composition of the commission and the task plan of inspections.
