In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from December 24 to 30, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 24.12.2020 No. 899 “On Amendments to the Schedule of Document Flow”. The order was developed in order to improve some aspects in the organization of accounting in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.12.2020 No. 909 “On the distribution of allocations of the general fund of the state budget in 2021”. The order was developed in order to determine the priority directions of material and technical support in 2021 of the central executive bodies, the activities of which are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.12.2020 No. 910 “On approval of measures to prepare for the celebration in 2021 of the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the National Academy of Internal Affairs”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.12.2020 No. 911 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer and acceptance of objects of state property rights”. The order established a commission on transfer-acceptance of objects of state ownership, which will carry out the acceptance and transfer of property from the State Agency of Infrastructure Projects of Ukraine to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.12.2020 No. 918 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 24, 2015 No. 1483”. The order is approved by the chairman of the liquidation commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Volyn region, the deputy head of the Main Department of the National Police of Ukraine in the Volyn region, the head of the investigative department;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated December 28, 2020 No. 919 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer and acceptance of cases of the Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E. O. Didorenko”. The order approves the commission on the transfer and acceptance of cases in connection with the change of the head of the Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E. O. Didorenko;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.12.2020 No. 922 “On the recognition of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 46 of January 20, 2017 as invalid”. The order was developed in order to bring the administrative acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine into compliance with the legislation;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.12.2020 No. 924 “On the formation of a working group on the development of requirements for the level of training for police officers”. The order establishes a working group that will develop requirements for the training of police officers;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.12.2020 No. 925 “On approval of the act of acceptance and transfer of military property”. The order approves the act of acceptance and transfer of military property from the sphere of management of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated December 28, 2020 No. 932 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer and acceptance of cases of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs”. The order approves the commission on the transfer and acceptance of cases in connection with the change of the head of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
