In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from July 24 to July 30, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 24.07.2020 No. 560 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 20, 2019 No. 1063”. The order approved new Limits on energy consumption in natural indicators for 2020 for territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, institutions, institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 27.07.2020 No. 562 “On Amendments to the Structure of the Main Directorate of the National Guard of Ukraine”. By order, the structure of the Main Directorate of the National Guard of Ukraine was supplemented by the Department for Prevention and Detection of Corruption;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 27.07.2020 No. 563 “On approval of the Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2020 on the implementation of the Communication Strategy in the field of European Integration for 2018-2021”. The order approved the relevant Action Plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the implementation of the Strategy for 2020;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 29.07.2020 No. 569 “On Amendments to the Personal Composition of the Scientific and Technical Council on Informatization of the System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Central Executive Bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. The order made changes to the composition of the council in connection with organizational and staff changes in the apparatus of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Administrations of the State Border Guard Service and the State Special Communications Service;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of July 30, 2020 No. 572 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects of state property rights”. The order established a commission on the transfer of property from the sphere of management of NPU to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of NGU. Its composition is approved;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of July 30, 2020 No. 573 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects of state property rights”. The order established a commission on the transfer of property from the sphere of management of the NPU to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the balance sheet of the State Administration “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Kiev”. Its composition is approved;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of July 30, 2020 No. 574 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects of state property rights”. The order established a commission on the transfer of property from the sphere of management of the NPU to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the balance sheet of the State Administration “Service Center of Units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. Its composition is approved.
