In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the performance of tasks by the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from January 22 to 28, 2021, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.01.2021 No. 44 “On approval of the Energy Saving Action Plan”. The order approves the Energy Saving Measures Plan in the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.01.2021 No. 45 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 11, 2020 No. 119”. By order in accordance with the requirements of the Budget Code of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1198 of 02.12.2020 and No. 1070 of 04.12.2019, in order to bring the organizational and administrative act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, amendments were made to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On the issue of making advance payment for purchased goods, works and services for budget funds”;

Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.01.2021 No. 47 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects of state ownership”. The order established a commission on the transfer of state property from the sphere of management of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the balance sheet of SE “INFOTEH”;

Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.01.2021 No. 48 “On granting the right to approve documents applicable in the process of budget execution”. By order, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Director of the Department of Financial and Accounting Policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is granted the right to approve the documents used in the process of budget execution, taking into account the competence determined by the Procedure for drawing up, consideration, approval and basic requirements for the implementation of estimates of budgetary institutions, approved adopted by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 28, 2002 No. 228.
