In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from July 17 to July 23, 2020, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 17.07.2020 No. 540 “On Approval of the Volumes of Personnel Training in the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine”. The order approved the scope of personnel training in the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.07.2019 No. 546 was recognized as invalid;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 17.07.2020 No. 541 “On approval of the scope of training of personnel in higher education institutions with specific training conditions that train police officers”. The order approved the scope of training of personnel in higher education institutions with specific training conditions that train police officers, the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 22.07.2019 No. 595 was recognized as invalid;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 17.07.2020 No. 542 “On the creation of a commission for the transfer and acceptance of cases of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs”. The order established a commission for the transfer and acceptance of cases of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs in connection with the change of the head, approved by the chairman of the commission;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 20.07.2020 No. 543 “On approval of the Plan of measures for the development of professionograms of heads of territorial (separated) units of territorial bodies of the National Police”. The order approved the Plan of measures for the development of professionograms of the heads of territorial (separated) units of the territorial bodies of the National Police;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 20.07.2020 № 544 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 03.11.2015 № 1346”. The order approved the deputy head of the GUNP in the Odessa region, police colonel Melnyk S. V. Chairman of liquidation commissions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Odessa region and its territorial units;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 20.07.2020 No. 545 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 30.10.2015 No. 1309 (with amendments)”. The order approved the temporary acting deputy chief of the GUNP in the Vinnytsia region police colonel Kasperuka O. E. Chairman of Liquidation Commissions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia Oblast (Region) and its territorial divisions;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 20.07.2020 No. 546 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 30, 2015 No. 1532 (with amendments)”. The order changed the composition of the liquidation commission of the Department of State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Poltava region;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of July 20, 2020 No. 547 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects of state property rights”. The order established a commission on the transfer of property from the sphere of management of the NPU to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the balance sheet of the KNVO “Fort” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Its composition is approved;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 21.07.2020 No. 551 “On the inclusion in the Book of Memory of information about law enforcement officers who died in the performance of official duties in 2019”. The order included in the Book of Memory of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine biographical information about employees of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs who died in 2019 in the performance of official duties, in the struggle for independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, showing courage and heroism;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 21.07.2020 No. 552 “On Amendments to the Regulations on the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. The order amends the Regulation on the Department of Personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 17.04.2020 No. 345;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 21.07.2020 No. 554 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects of state property rights”. The order established a commission on the transfer of property from the sphere of management of the NPU to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs 3078 of the NGU. Its composition is approved;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of July 21, 2020 No. 555 “On the formation of a commission on the transfer of objects of state property rights”. The order established a commission on the transfer of property from the balance sheet of the Economic and Financial Department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the balance sheet of the State Administration “Service Center of Units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. Its composition is approved;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 23.07.2020 No. 559 “On Amendments to the Regulation on the Commission for Assessment of Corruption Risks and Monitoring of the Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. The order amends the Regulation on the commission for assessing corruption risks and monitoring the implementation of the anti-corruption program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 04.01.2017 No. 1 (with amendments).
